Based in Oxfordshire, UK, I offer Rapid Transformational therapy in online sessions via zoom, so you can be in the comfort of your own home. As a certified Hypnotherapist, I have trained as a rapid transformational therapist with Marisa Peer, the founder of RTT®.
Having experienced the amazing and fast results of RTT® myself, I am passionate about helping people overcome life-limiting problems and move forward in making positive changes, while working in a safe and secure online space or in person.
What to expect
During your rapid transformational therapy session, I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, making it easier to recall memories from your past. I will then work with you to discover the root cause of the beliefs and habits that started because of those past events and memories. Using tools from hypnotherapy and other therapeutic approaches, we will then work together to re-shape the way you look at your past, and at yourself, using effective tools to create positive beliefs and habits that you can take into your future, to make real and lasting change.
All RTT® and hybrid therapy sessions can take place either in person and online so you can choose the most safe and comfortable space, wherever you are in the world. I am available for RTT® sessions on most evenings and weekends, daytime appointments on Mondays and Fridays.
